After-School Art Program
Local artist, Arden Wood, began the after-school art program in 1986, which, over time, evolved into both an in-school program and an after-school program.
The after-school art program provides students with additional time to apply their imaginiation to the world of drawing, painting and sculpting. Students enjoy the added benefit of very small class sizes and one-on-one time with the instructor.
To ensure that students have access to age-appropriate lessons and materials, these after-school classes are structured around age groups.
In order to participate in the after-school program, each student pays a fee to cover the instructors time and materials. Full and partial scholarships are available to students who want to participate, but who are unable to do so for financial reasons.
